Mentoring

Helping leaders and performing arts practitioners to discover the best version of their Teaching Being through Mentoring. Support could take the form of visits, phone-calls, online or face-to-face professional dialogue discussions as one-offs, fixed term or ongoing. School Programmes

ITT Provider? Early Career Teacher? Surviving or thriving? For Primary School Practitioners in developing their own style of music teaching. We design bespoke action plans to support individuals and teams in clusters (e.g. Federations and MATs) or school teams which can combine workshops, class visits and developmental feedback and mentoring. 3 terms.

Co-created with the Tri-borough Music Hub as a sustainable improvement strategy, the 360 Mentoring Programme is specifically designed with freelance tutors in mind. This supportive and highly individualised approach combines mentoring sessions with a school visit and follow up summary. 1-3 terms

Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis as a teenager, Louisa speaks positively from lived experience as an RA survivor – authentic tales about teaching, music, leadership, loss, ableism and life-learnings.
