School Programmes
ITT Provider? Early Career Teacher? Surviving or thriving? For Primary School Practitioners in developing their own style of music teaching. We design bespoke action plans to support individuals and teams in clusters (e.g. Federations and MATs) or school teams which can combine workshops, class visits and developmental feedback and mentoring. 3 terms.
Hub Programmes
“The 360 Mentoring Programme for our workforce has proved very successful and well received by tutors who are engaged with the reflective practitioner approach, as opposed to being told what to do or how to do it. This allows individual empowerment and personal responsibility for continued improvement of education practice.”
Stuart Whatmore Manager, Tri-borough Music Hub
Co-created with the Tri-borough Music Hub as a sustainable improvement strategy, the 360 Mentoring Programme is specifically designed with freelance tutors in mind. This supportive and highly individualised approach combines mentoring sessions with a school visit and follow up summary. 1-3 terms
